BREAKING: Policeman kills a driver for refusing to give him bribe

A set off-comfortable policeman, Mr. Pius Senu, has shot and killed a driver, Michael Ishola, at Awo within the Egbedore Native Authorities Space of Osun State.

The policeman was arraigned at a Justice of the Peace’s Courtroom sitting in Osogbo on Thursday for homicide.

Senu was arraigned on one depend of homicide.

The cost learn, “That you just, Senu Pius, on December 20, 2016, at about 10.30pm, at Ara Junction, Awo, within the Ede Magisterial District, sitting at Osogbo, did shoot one Ishola Michael to demise, thereby committing an offence opposite to Part 319 (1) of the Legal Code, Cap 34 Vol.II, Legislation of Osun State of Nigeria, 2002.”

His plea was not taken by the Justice of the Peace, Adejoke Olowolagba, who ordered that he must be remanded within the Ilesa Jail and adjourned the case until February 9, 2017, for point out.
