The Senator representing the Cross River Central Senatorial District within the Nationwide Meeting, John Owan-Enoh, has awarded scholarships valued at N70m to seven-hundred college college students and different beneficiaries, as a part of his academic help programme.

The beneficiaries have been drawn from the six native authorities areas within the senatorial district, particularly Abi, Yakurr, Obubra, Etung, Ikom and Boki.

Presenting the cheques to the beneficiaries in Ikom on Sunday, Owan-Enoh mentioned that the gesture was geared toward aiding the beneficiaries within the pursuit of their educational careers.
